Join a Leadership Group
The Blue Skies leadership group is made up of a small group of leaders who want to grow their leadership and share challenges in a safe confidential space.
The group meets once a month. Each month, you will be sent a chapter from a top leadership book to read. At the group, each leader has the opportunity to shares the challenges they are facing in a supported space, with potential suggestions from other leaders to consider. Time is also spent discussing the chapter and what each person took away from the reading, with the facilitator highlighting key leadership principles. Accountability goals can be set, if the group agrees.
